Alone

I stand alone,

All by my own,

In the thickness of the night,

With no weapons to fight,

But it's alright,

Slowly but surely, I know I'll win,

I stand alone,

Nobody knows,

Clad under the dimples,

Hide all my sorrows,

Slowly but surely,

I'll drive them out forever more,

I stand alone,

Near the sea, of the shore,

The breeze I love embraces my face,

The water of the waves,

Like a mother, washes my wounds,

Slowly and surely,

My soul is fading inside,

I don't want regrets,

I won't stop trying till I die.
