I a seed of nothingness,

Wrapped in fabrics of selfness,

Too afraid to reach out,

With fear burned out,

By magic or miracle?

I cannot say,

They took me in,

A cenacle,

Writers of their fate,

Like earth,

One hid me,

In her lap day and night,

She only gave,

Never complained,

But kept me in her sights,

Like rain water,

One rushed to me,

Helping me revive,

Gentle and heartening,

Nurturing my life,

When my roots began to grow,

Touched under by metal ore,

I learnt that soil could decore,

Learnt to keep agitation at shore,

As I broke out of earth's caress,

Above my head I had witnessed,

Wood of trees,

I felt sheltered and appeased,

After I grew more,

One like fire,

Burning never tired,

Showed me desire,

And essence of purpose,

With love to these five elements,

This humble sapling gifts her verses.
