Sitting in my room,

In the time past noon,

In the world inside my bedroom door;

I watch the ceiling bring,

Floods of thought to the floor,

I lay on my back,

Listening to silence as it speaks,

Quietly watching,

He rests beside me,

He visits everyday,

Stays as long as he can,

On sail in the ship of my dreams,

The boy with no face,

An eternal being of existence,

Darkness his name.
